Classic Coke Now Just Coke JT January 30, 2009 News, Soft Drinks 5 Comments Word on the street is that the “Classic” will no longer be attached to Coke. This closes an interesting chapter for the soda giant – the Classic title distinguishing the soda from its “New” version unvelied in the mid-1980’s. Oh, New Coke, has it really been 24 years since you burst onto the scene? Ahh, the memories. If only Coke could sever this attachment as easily. Thanks to the AJC for the pic.
